Court Grants Actor Moses Armstrong Bail Over Alleged R@pe Case

Nollywood actor, Moses Armstrong, who was arrested over an alleged rape case, has been granted that bail.

Recall that few months ago, the actor was arrested by men of the Akwa Ibom State Police Command for allegedly raping a 16-year-old girl.

The news about his arrest was confirmed by the national president of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, Emeka Rollas, who confirmed Armstrong’s arrest during a chat with Qed.ng.

According to him, the case as “a very serious one” and it is being handled by the First Lady of the state, Martha Udom Emmanuel through her Family Empowerment and Youth Re-Orientation Path Initiative.

In a new update, friends of the embattled actor have revealed that the actor has been set free by the court.

According to one of his friends who announced his freedom,  the court’s ruling was fair.

Armstrong was captured in photos with friends on the court premises.
