Some Gunmen suspected to be hired assassins have killed a man and two children in Delta State.
According to Nigerian Tribune, the sad incident occurred on Tuesday, June 20, in a provision store along Shell Road in Sapele area of the state.
It was gathered that the unknown gunmen opened fire on people sitting and buying items at the store.
The landlord of the compound, who was at the store when the gunmen released the shots, was shot. He was later confirmed dead after being rushed to the hospital. also, two children were killed.
Confirming the news on Wednesday morning, the Spokesperson of the Delta State Police Command, DSP Bright Edafe, said that four suspects have been arrested in connection with the killing.
