Nigerian singer, David Adeleke aka Davido has showered praises on President Muhammadu Buhari over his reaction after his uncle and former Senator, Ademola Adeleke defeated Governor Gboyega Oyetola of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
Recall that his uncle who is the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate polled 403,371 votes while Oyetola polled 375,027 votes.
Reacting to this, President Buhari congratulated Ademola Adeleke on his victory.
The president also stated that he remained “fully committed to leaving behind a legacy of credible elections in Nigeria”.
In response, Davido showered praises on President BUHARI.
“You will leave a LASTING legacy! God bless you for this act alone sir!” he tweeted.
