Nigerian singer, Davido has expressed hope of his uncle, Senator Ademola Adeleke of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), coming out victorious at the end of today’s gubernatorial elections in Osun State.
Recall that for the past few days, the singer has been in Osun, bonding with the electorate. He has used his platforms to encourage people to vote for his uncle who is contesting under the umbrella of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
In a video currently trending online, the singer called on citizens of Osun State to make sure they stay back and protect their votes after the polls.
He also took to his Twitter page and wrote;
“People rejecting money being offered to them left and right of the state today. Great to see there is still hope for Nigeria.”
