Nigerian singer, Paul Okoye aka Rudeboy has revealed what caused the split between him and his twin brother, Peter Okoye.
It could be recalled that Psquare parted ways in 2017 and the dissolution of their band was blamed based on an argument about the role of Jude Okoye, their older brother, as their manager.
Peter and Paul Okoye suffered disunity for some years before they finally reconciled their differences in November 2021.
Months after their reconciliation, Paul Okoye finally revealed what cause their split.
He revealed this while speaking with media personality, Joey Akan.
According to him, their split has nothing to do with music.
He added that it was caused by a family issue and because he respects family a lot, he wouldn’t be spilling the beans to the public.
In his words;
“It was a family issue, it had nothing to do with music. And because I respect family so much, I owe nobody any explanation.”
