“This Is The Second Time” – Timi Dakolo Vents His Anger On APC Convention Organizers For Using His Song Without His Permission (Video)
Popular Nigerian singer, Timi Dakolo has called out the organizers of the All Progressives Congress (APC) convention for using his song at the presidential primary without permission.
As you may know, the ruling party’s presidential primaries are underway at Eagle Square in Abuja.
However, Timi’s song was played during a solidarity appearance by a group of ace Nigerian entertainers, including Shina Peters Zack Orji and Danfo Drivers.
Upset by this, Timi Dakolo took to twitter to call out the convention organizers.
He wondered how they will play a musician’s song without taking permission from him or her.
He wrote via Twitter;
“Why Use an Artist Song without their permission in a rally or campaign.
The things people get away with in this Country called Nigeria. Actually this is the second time.”
