Zack Orji’s Wife, Ngozi Triggers Reactions As She Shows Off Preferred Presidential Candidate
Nollywood actor, Zack Orji’s Ngozi Orji has drummed support for the Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi.
Her choice of presidential candidate shocked many people and this is because a few days, her husband pledged support for the APC flagbearer, Ahmed Bola Tinubu.
The veteran actor was spotted in a viral video explaining that his support for Tinubu is based on experience and observations.
He said;
“My support for Bola Asiwaju Ahmed Tinubu is both experiential and personal, I have lived in Lagos for over 40 years. I have always known this man as a chief crusader of the democratic consolidation of Nigeria,”
“I have always known him as a man who stands for justice, equity, fair play, and national cohesion. In his time as the governor of Lagos state, he ran an all-inclusive government, drawing people from different ethnic extractions into the executive council as decision makers to run the affairs of the state.
“There is nothing like this. People who came from different ethnic extractions were allowed to be part of the decision-making of Lagos state. I know with a high degree of certainty that, on a national scale when he becomes the president of Nigeria, he will do likewise.”
“This is what we need in this country. Though we differ in tribe and tongue, we stand tall and proud in solidarity and brotherhood. I know that when he becomes the president of this country, he will turn the economy around. Join me to support this man and turn the fortunes of this country around for the better,”
After the video went viral, the veteran actor received severe backlashes from Nigerians.
Few days after he openly drummed support for Tinubu, Zack Orji’s wife, who isn’t buying into her husband’s idea has drummed support for peter obi.
Sharing a video and photos of Peter Obi in a church she attended, Mrs. Orji wrote:
“It was am awesome time today. That moment our Apostle General Anslem Madubuko Introduced H. E Sir Peter Obi. What an awesome way to wrap up Azusa 20 Conference. God bless you Sir for coming. We are Obidient. We move”.
Since she made this declaration, netizens has been showering praises on her for not backing her husband.
